The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 ((1) The land related to the Palace of the Romanian Parliament, as delimited by the Annex to the Government Decision no. 718/1991 and by Government Decision no. 372/1993 , is and remains in the public domain of the state and in the administration of the Romanian Parliament, through the Chamber ... ((2) Decisions regarding the destination and use of the land provided in par. (1) shall be taken by decision of the Parliament. ... (3) By exception to the provisions Law no. 213/1998 on public property and its legal regime, the change of the legal regime of the land provided in par. (1) may be ordered only by law. ... + Article 2 Natural or legal persons who have been expropriated for the cause of public utility land that is located in the perimeter of the land related to the Palace of the Romanian Parliament, provided for art. 1, will be able to capitalize on any claims according to 33/1994 on expropriation for the cause of public utility. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of June 29, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
