In application of art. 150 of the Romanian Constitution, in order to eliminate from the Romanian legislation the normative acts that contravene the Constitution or are contrary to the new order of law, The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The normative acts provided for in the Annex that are an integral part of this law shall be repealed. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of October 4, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
