The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 58 58 of 28 December 1998 for the extension of the deadline art. 25 25 para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 on the regulation of the organization and financing of research and development activity, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 512 of 30 December 1998, with the following amendment: -The single article will read as follows: " Unique article. -The extension until 31 December 2000 of the deadline for the reorganization of the research and development institutes, provided for in art. 25 25 para. (1) of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 on the regulation of the organization and financing of research and development activity, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 194 194 of 25 August 1995, as approved and amended by Law no. 51/1996 ,, as amended. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 21, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
