The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 21 21 of 28 September 1998 on the amendment Government Emergency Ordinance no. 43/1997 for the preparation of the special accounting balance and the regularization of some credits and interest classified in the category "loss" at Banca Agricola-S.A., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 368 368 of 29 September 1998, with the following amendment: -In Article I, the introductory part shall read as follows: " Art. I.-Government Emergency Ordinance no. 43/1997 for the preparation of the special accounting balance and the regularization of some credits and interest classified in the category "loss" at Banca Agricola-S.A., approved and modified by Law no. 166/1998, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 153 153 of 14 July 1997, shall be amended as follows: " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of October 20, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
