The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Joint Convention on the safe management of spent fuel and on the safe management of radioactive waste, adopted in Vienna on 5 September 1997, is hereby ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on March 22, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
