Law No. 102 of 2 June 1999, rejected the Government Ordinance. 43/1995 concerning certain measures for the conservation of the national heritage of cinema published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 255 of 3 June 1999, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


The sole article is rejected, the Government Ordinance. 43 of 29 august 1995 on some measures to preserve the national heritage of cinematography, issued pursuant to art. and (b). d) of law No. 81/1995 on empowering the Government to issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 203 of 1 September 1995.
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 8 May 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
PRESIDENT of the CHAMBER of DEPUTIES ION DIACONESCU this law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 3 May 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
