The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 11 11 of 25 June 1998 for the establishment of the Romanian Star Order, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no 236 of 29 June 1998, with the following amendments and additions: 1. The title of the emergency ordinance shall read as follows: "Emergency Ordinance for the reinstatement of the Romanian Star Order" 2. Article 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -(1) The Romanian Star National Order, the highest Romanian order, is reinstated to reward the exceptional, civil and military services, brought to the Romanian state and people. (2) Military units can be conferred the National Order Star of Romania for special acts committed in peacetime or for acts of heroism in time of war. (3) The Romanian Star National Order can also be conferred on foreign citizens for their special contribution to the development of collaboration and friendship relations with Romania or for exceptional deeds and services to the Romanian state and people. " 3. Article 2 shall be repealed. 4. Article 3 shall read as follows: "" Art. 3. -(1) The Romanian Star National Order can have a maximum of 3,650 members, grouped in 6 degrees, with different insignia for civilians, military and war. In ascending order, the 6 degrees are: a) Knight; b) Officer; c) Commander; d) Great officer; e) Great cross; f) Colan. (2) The National Order Star of Romania with war insignia does not enter the legal limit of conferment. " 5. After Article 3, insert Article 3 ^ 1 with the following contents: "" Art. 3 3 ^ 1. -Foreign citizens, decorated with the National Order Star of Romania, do not apply to the provisions of art. 3 3 para. ((1) of this Emergency Ordinance. " 6. Article 4 shall read as follows: "" Art. 4. -The President of Romania is the head of the Romanian Star In this capacity, the President of Romania is assigned, during his mandate, the Colan of the National Order Star of Romania, the special order, which he carries on festive occasions, as well as at the ceremonies of handing over the order. " 7. In Article 5, paragraphs 1 and 3 shall read as follows: "" Art. 5. -(1) The National Order of Romania shall be awarded by decree by the President of Romania. " ........................................................................... "(3) The President of Romania may confer the order on his own initiative, at a maximum of 1% of the total number established for each degree." 8. Article 5 shall be inserted after Article 5, with the following contents: "" Art. 5 ^ 1-(1) The sign of the decoration consists of a repeated cross, made of silver, enameled blue, having between the arms an eagle with the unmade flight, and in the center, a red enameled medallion, surrounded by a wreath. (2) On the obverse of the medallion is applied the coat of arms of Romania, stamped from the metal of the grade, and a blue border, on which it is written IN FIDE SALUS. On the reverse is inscribed the date 1877, the year of the order. (3) The mark is surmounted by an oval wreath of oak and laurel branches. (4) The ribbon of the order is of red mored rips, with two blue bands to the edges. (5) The order is presented in three forms with equal value: the actual insignia, rosette for civilians or the barge for the military. (6) The National Order Day of Romania is celebrated on May 10, the date of the creation of the order. " 9. The title of Chapter II shall read as follows: "" Conference of the National Order of Romania " 10. Article 7 shall read as follows: "" Art. 7. -(1) The National Order of Romania is conferred on Romanian citizens, starting with the rank of Knight, which determines the admission in order. (2) The conferral of the higher grades shall be made as a result of the existence of new merits of the decorated persons, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation implementing this emergency ordinance. (3) The proposals for decoration must be thoroughly motivated, and the essence of this motivation is part of the patent conferring the order. (4) Foreign citizens can be decorated with any degree, without fulfilling the rules of granting provided for Romanian citizens. " 11. Articles 8 to 11 shall be repealed. 12. Article 12 shall read as follows: "" Art. 12. -The patent represents the official document certifying the conferment of the National Order Star of Romania. " 13. Article 14 shall read as follows: "" Art. 14. -(1) The patents are validated under the autograph signature of the President of Romania, as well as through the seal and are countersigned by the Chancellor of the Orders. (2) If the order is conferred on the President of Romania, according to art. 5 5 para. ((2) lit. a), the patent is validated under the signature of the President of the Senate and the President of the Chamber of Deputies, as well as by seal and is countersigned by the Chancellor of the Orders (3) For the Colour of the National Order Star of Romania, which is assigned to the President of Romania as head of this order, no patent shall be issued. " 14. Article 15 shall read as follows: "" Art. 15. -The patent bears the order number within the hierarchy of the order of the order and the registration number of the Chancellery of the Orders. " 15. Chapter IV is repealed. 16. Article 19 shall read as follows: "" Art. 19. -People decorated with the National Order Star of Romania, whose patent was signed autographed by the President of Romania, have the right to be received in the audience, to please personally, in a situation where that decoration was not handed out directly by him. " 17. Article 19 (1) shall be inserted after Article 19: "" Art. 19 19 ^ 1. -(1) Knights of the National Order Star of Romania benefit from military honors granted to Romanian Army officers. (2) The equivalence of the degrees of the order with those of the officers shall be specified by regulation, in accordance with the grid provided for in the law on the national system of decorations of Romania. 18. In Article 20, paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 20. -(1) Persons who have been awarded the National Order Star of Romania will be invited to participate in public events occasioned on the National Day of Romania or on various other anniversaries and commemorations, assuring them by the organizers places of honor. " 19. Article 21 shall read as follows: "" Art. 21. -(1) The persons who have been awarded the National Order Star of Romania, the rank of Grand Officer, of Great Cross or of Colan, are invited, through the care of the Chancellery of the Orders, to the receptions offered by the President of Romania on the occasion of the Romania and the New Year. (2) Also, the persons referred to in par. (1) may be invited to participate, through the care of the Chancellery of the Orders, and to other receptions or manifestations, organized by the Presidency and the Parliament. " 20. The title of Chapter VI shall read as follows: " Withdrawal of the National Order of Romania 21. Article 22 shall read as follows: "" Art. 22. -The membership of the National Order Star of Romania can be lost in the following situations: a) conviction, by final court decision, to a custodial sentence; b) for acts incompatible with the membership of the order, other than those referred to in lett. a), which harm the members of the order. " 22. Article 23 shall read as follows: "" Art. 23. -For the adjudication of acts incompatible with the membership of the order, which prejudice the moral prejudices of the members of the order, an honorary council of 7 members shall be constituted. " 23. Article 24 shall read as follows: "" Art. 24. -The withdrawal of the orders shall be made by the President of Romania by decree, at the proposal of the Chancellery of the Orders, on the basis of the 24. Article 26 shall read as follows: "" Art. 26. --Persons who have been withdrawn as a member of the order are required to return the patent and the insignia. " 25. Article 27 shall read as follows: "" Art. 27. -(1) The orders given to foreign nationals may be withdrawn in the event of acts incompatible with the membership of the order. (2) The withdrawal of the order shall be made by the President of Romania by decree, at the proposal of the Chancellery of Orders, on the basis of the complaint 26. In Article 29, paragraph 2 shall read as follows: " (2) The release of a duplicate of the attestation document or, as the case may be, of a new insignia shall be made on the proposal of the Chancellery of the Orders, on the basis of the holder's request, ((1). ' 27. Chapter VII is deleted. 28. Article 30 shall read as follows: "" Art. 30. -(1) The administration of the decorations is entrusted to the Chancellery of the Orders, which functions as a compartment within the Romanian Presidency. (2) Decoration proposals shall be transmitted to the Chancellery of orders, according to the law. 29. Articles 31 to 40 shall be repealed. 30. Article 41 shall read as follows: "" Art. 41. -(1) At the reinstatement of the National Order the Star of Romania may confer any class of the order, except for the degree of Colan, within a maximum of 15% of the number provided for each degree, of which the President of Romania may confer, from own initiative, 1% of all decorations. (2) Until the establishment by law of the national system of decorations, the President of Romania can confer the National Order of Romania to a maximum of 10 Romanian citizens. " 31. Article 42 shall read as follows: "" Art. 42. -From the empowerment of the President of Romania, the delivery of orders can be made by the Prime Minister, the ministers, the commanders of large military units and the heads of Romania's diplomatic missions abroad. " 32. Article 43 shall read as follows: "" Art. 43. -The patents and insignia of the orders become, after the death of the holder, the property of the legal heirs, but without the right to wear them or make use, in any way, by the prerogatives conferred by them. " 33. Article 44 shall read as follows: "" Art. 44. -In the event of a post-mortem order, the patent and its mark shall be handed over to the legal heirs. " 34. Article 44 shall be inserted after Article 44 with the following contents: "" Art. 44 44 ^ 1. -Romanian citizens decorated with civil or military insignia of peace of the National Order Star of Romania, until the date of its abrogation in 1948, are considered by as knights of the National Order Star of Romania, giving them, automatically, a degree in addition to the one had. " 35 articles 45 and 46 shall be repealed. 36. The title of the Order of the Star of Romania "" REGULATION National Order Star of Romania " 37. Article 1 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -The National Order Star of Romania is Romania's highest decoration. It is granted to both Romanian and foreign citizens, in order to reward exceptional services, civil or military, to the Romanian state and people, in peacetime or war. Within the meaning of this emergency ordinance, exceptional, civil or military services concern facts of conception, organization and coordination, as follows: a) achievements of great importance in defense of the supreme interests of the Romanian state: independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity; b) great contributions to the development of the national economy and public services; c) scientific, artistic and cultural creations of great national and international value; d) great merits in the development and promotion of cooperation between Romania and other states or international bodies; e) great merits in the conception, organization and management of military operations; f) acts of weapons of great bravura committed, on the battlefield, in military conflicts. The Romanian Star Order includes 6 degrees. These are, in ascending order, the following: Knight, Officer, Commander, Great officer, Great cross, Colan. The members of the order are appointed for life and, regardless of the degree received, they bear the generic knighthood title of the Romanian Star Order The order has special means for civilians, for military and war, and the number of members, Romanian citizens, is fixed at 3,650, as follows: a) Knight: 2,000 members, of which 1,700 for civilians and 300 for the military; b) Officer: 1,000 members, of which 850 for civilians and 150 for military personnel; c) Commander: 400 members, of which 325 for civilians and 75 for military personnel; d) Great officer: 160 members, of which 130 for civilians and 30 for military personnel; e) Great cross: 80 members, of which 65 for civilians and 15 for the military; f) Colan: 10 members, without special means for civilians and for the military. Exceeding the number of members for each degree constitutes a breach of this Regulation. This order can also be given to Romanian military units, both in peacetime and for weapons acts, in times of war, and the insignia is carried on the flag. It can also be given to foreign military units of some allied states, but only for acts of weapons committed during a war in which Romania participates directly. The decorations conferred on the Romanian or foreign military units do not fall within the limit of the 3,650 decorations, according to par. ((5). The record of the decorated Romanian military units, as well as of the persons who received the war insignia is kept separate from that of persons decorated within the limits of this emergency ordinance. The President of Romania is assigned, during his mandate, the Colan of the National Order Star of Romania, special order, made of gold. This colan is not included in the number provided in art. 1 1 para. ((5) of this Regulation. The insignia of the decoration consists of a repeated cross, enameled blue, having between the arms four metal acvillas with the open flight, and in the center, a red enameled medallion, surrounded by a wreath of green enameled oak leaves. On the obverse of the medallion is applied the coat of arms of Romania, of metal, and, in the blue border, is inscribed the motto IN FIDE SALUS On the reverse is inscribed the date 1877, the year of the order. The insignia is surmounted by an oval wreath, intertwined from oak and laurel leaves. The metal from which the mark of the order is made is silver by way of 750%., and the metal from which the plates are made, silver by way of 900%. " 38. Article 2 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 2. -The mark of the Knight is 40 mm in diameter and the natural color of silver. The central locket is 11 mm in diameter and 2 mm headboard. The letters with which the motto is inscribed are gilded and have a height of 1.5 mm. Romania's coat of arms, embossed in metal, has a height of 8 mm. On the reverse of the medallion the figures of 1877 are gilded and have height of 2.5 mm. The oval wreath of laurel and oak leaves, enameled green, has the outer diameters of 23 and 13 mm, and the inner diameters of 10 x 7 mm. The circular ring through which the ribbon is spent has an outer diameter of 15 mm. The model for the military receives two cross-spades, 28 mm long, between the insignia and the crown of oak and laurel leaves. The model of war gets two cross-swords, 45 mm long, between the arms of the cross. The ribbon of the grade is 40 mm, and the dark blue fringe stripes are 3 mm wide, the inner ones, and 2 mm, the outer ones; in its apparent part, the ribbon is 50 mm. At the mark given to women the ribbon is folded in the form of horizontal bow (bow tie) and has a length of 120 mm. At the war model the ribbon has marginally and one stripe, 2 mm wide, from gilded thread. The mark of the grade is on the left side of the chest. " 39. Article 4 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 4. -The rank of Commander has a diameter of 50 mm and is gilded. The central medallion is 14 mm in diameter and the headboard is 2.5 mm. The letters with which the motto is inscribed are golden and have a height of 2 mm. Romania's coat of arms, embossed in metal, has a height of 10 mm. On the reverse of the medallion, the figures of 1877 are 3 mm. The oval wreath of oak and laurel leaves, enameled green, has the outer dimensions of 31 and 21 mm and the inner ones of 19 and 13 mm; the ring for the ribbon is elongated, with a height of 21 mm and 4 mm wide. The model for the military receives two cross-spades, 35 mm long, between the insignia and the crown of oak and laurel leaves. The model of war gets two cross-spades, 57 mm long, between the arms of the cross. The ribbon of the grade is 45 mm wide, with dark blue inner stripes, 4 mm wide and 3 mm wide, the outer ones; its length is equal to the circumference of the neck. The mark given to women's ribbon is the same. The ribbon of the war model receives marginally and one stripe, 3 mm wide, from gold thread. The mark of the rank is neck. Men have the ribbon spent under the knot of the tie, with the insignia visible on the right side of it. " 40. Article 5 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 5. -The rank of Grand Officer is composed of the insignia of the Commander and the degree board. The grade plate is star-shaped, with eight groups of diamond rays, and has a diameter of 75 mm. On the plate's obverse is applied the enameled cross of the order, having a diameter of 50 mm. The central medallion, the headboard and the inscriptions have the same dimensions as the rank of Commander. The model for women is identical. The model for military and war is applied the enameled cross of the order, obverse, with a diameter of 50 mm, having between the arms two crossed spades, 55 mm long. The grade plate is worn on the left side of the chest. If the person wears and a bar with decorations, the plaque is worn under this. " 41. Article 6 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 6. -The degree of Great Cross is composed of the mark of the order and the degree plate The mark has a diameter of 60 mm and is gilded. The central locket is 16 mm in diameter and the headboard is 3 mm wide. The letters with which the motto is inscribed are gilded and have a height of 3 mm. On the reverse of the medallion, the figures of 1877 are 5 mm. Romania's coat of arms, embossed in metal, has a height of 12 mm. The oval wreath of oak and laurel leaves, enameled green, has the outer diameters of 35 and 25 mm, and the inner ones, of 21 and 15 mm; the clamping ring is circular, 2 mm thick and with an outer diameter of 18 mm. The model for the military receives two cross-spades, 48 mm long, between the insignia and the crown of oak and laurel leaves. The model of war gets two cross-spades, 75 mm long, between the arms of the cross. The slow (ribbon) of the mark is 100 mm wide and has the length equal to the circumference of the body bust. The dark blue marginal stripes are 8 mm wide, the inner ones, and 5 mm, the outer ones. At the underside has a 75 mm diameter rosette attached; a carabiniera is attached under the rosette. For the model of war, the slow receives at the edges and one gold band, 4 mm wide. Slow is carried over the bust, from the right shoulder to the left hip, where the mark of the degree is attached. The plate is star-shaped, with 8 groups of diamond rays, 85 mm in diameter. The enameled cross of the order, obverse, with a diameter of 60 mm. The central medallion, the headboard and the inscriptions have the same dimensions as the mark of the high cross. The model for women is identical. In the model for military and war, on the plate is applied the enameled cross of the order, obverse, with a diameter of 60 mm, having between the arms two crossed spades, 70 mm long. The grade plate is worn on the left side of the chest, caught by the slow. " 42. Article 7 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 7. -The degree of Colan is composed of a long chain of 840 mm and the mark of the degree. The chain includes six cartridges, representing each stamped coat of arms of Romania, and six insignia of the order, enameled blue, caught between them by double chains, with square squares. The coat of arms of the stamped Romania has a height of 25 mm and the cross of the order is 25 mm The closure of the Colan is made by a carabiniera, made up of two half-aquilas with the wide open flight. The mark of the degree is identical to the mark of the Great Cross. The model for women is identical. There are no different models for civilians, military and war. The metal from which Colan is made is silver by way of 900%. and it is gilded. The colan is worn after the neck, above the clothing. " 43. Article 8 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 8. -The Colan, the special order, which is awarded to the President of Romania, is made of gold by way of 785%. " 44. Article 8 of the Regulation introduces Articles 8 ^ 1 and 8 ^ 2 with the following contents: "" Art. 8 8 ^ 1. -At all grades it is awarded, once with the insignia, rosette and the decoration strap, which have the basic colours of the order ribbon reduced to 40% and 50% respectively and have specific forms for each degree; the rosette is carried by civilians at the buttonhole from the left reverse of the garment/cutter, and the strap is worn, by the soldiers in uniform, on the left side of the chest. The differences, depending on the degree, are as follows: a) Knight -for civilians, rectangular ribbon in rips, having the colors of the ribbon of the order reduced to 40%, long 16 mm and 6 mm wide; -for military, rectangular ribbon in rips, caught on a metal stand, having the colors of the ribbon of the order reduced by 50%, long 20 mm and high 10 mm. b) Officer -for civilians, rosette in rips in the colors of the ribbon of the order reduced to 40%, having a diameter of 10 mm and the height of 4 mm; -for the military, on the ribbon of the Knight is caught a rosette with a diameter of 10 mm. c) Commander -for civilians, on the rectangular ribbon specific to the rank of Knight is caught rosette of the rank of Officer; -for the military, the rectangular ribbon in the rips in the colors of the ribbon of the order is 24 mm long and 10 mm high, and on the center is caught a silver disc with a diameter of 5 mm. d) Great officer -for civilians, rectangular ribbon in gold rips, 16 mm long and 6 mm high, having caught on the center rosette of the Officer; -for the military, the ribbon of the Commander, with a silver romb on the center, 7 mm high and 5 mm wide. e) Great cross -for civilians, rectangular ribbon in gold rips, 16 mm long and 6 mm high, having caught on the center rosette of the Officer; -for the military, the ribbon of the Commander, having caught on the center an eight-ray star, made of silver, 8 mm in diameter. f) Colan -a gold disc, with a title of 78575, having a diameter of 16 mm, striated in the form of rays, which has caught on the center rosette of the officer. The rosette has a clamping system on its back and can be worn daily at the buttonhole from the left reverse of the garment/cutter. Only the rosette of the highest degree a person has. The bars of the various degrees can be joined on the left side of the uniform chest, the first being the highest of degrees. The order conferred with war insignia has on the barette two crossed spades, 15 mm long, made from the metal of the grade. If a military has been decorated and with a decoration with war insignia, its bar takes precedence, even if the order or degree is hierarchically inferior to the other decorations it possesses. Uniformed soldiers wear the rosette of Colan to 20 mm above the upper row of straps. If a military man is dressed in plainclothes, he complies with the rules provided for civilians. Art. 8 ^ 2. -Military units can be decorated with the National Order Star of Romania only in the ranks of Knight, Officer and Commander. The mark of the decoration has a ribbon of width, and the length is 2,000 mm. At one end of the ribbon the decoration is attached, and at the other end there is a golden canaf. The ribbon, bent at half, is attached to the hampa, under the meadow. " 45. Article 9 of the Regulation shall be repealed. 46. Article 10 of the Regulation shall read as follows: "" Art. 10. -The screen (box) containing the decoration is dressed with matte leather, dark red, and is lined with plush light grey. On the lid of the box are printed, with gold, Romanian coat of arms, name and degree of order. 47. Article 10 of the Regulation introduces Articles 10 and 1 to 10 ^ 14 with the following contents: "" Art. 10 10 ^ 1. -The conference of the National Order Star of Romania is made, mandatory, starting with the rank of Knight. In order to confer a higher degree to the same person, it is necessary to perform an internship in the immediate lower degree, as follows a) from the rank of Knight to the Officer, 3 years; b) from the rank of Officer to the Commander, 4 years; c) from the rank of Commander to the Great Officer, 5 years; d) from the rank of Great Officer to the Great Cross, 6 years; e) from the degree of Great Cross to that of Colan, 8 years. The proposals for conferring must take into account the admission and promotion criteria set out in this Regulation, including the first class of decoration, except for the degree of Colan, which cannot be awarded in the first promotion. The direct award of the upper grades to the first promotion is made as a result of an amount of exceptional merits. The performance of the internship in the degree does not give automatic right to the conferral of a higher degree, but constitutes only the time limit after which new proposals for decoration can be made, in case of new merits of the same person. Article 10 ^ 2. -Conference of the National Order The Star of Romania can only be done after 3 years from the previous decoration with the order of the faithful Service or after 5 years from the conferment of the order For merit. Art. 10 ^ 3. -For entirely exceptional merits, the 3-year term as well as seniority can be reduced by a maximum of one third. Article 10 ^ 4. -The conferment of a higher degree automatically leads to the radiation of the respective person from the lower grade, the place becoming vacant The lower grade mark remains in possession of the decorated one. Civilians bear only the insignia of the greatest degree they have; military personnel can wear, on festive occasions, the ranks of Knight and Officer on a barge, as well as the insignia of the highest degree they possess. Article 10 ^ 5. -In the national system of decorations, in the order of hierarchical importance, the place of the National Order Star of Romania is the one fixed in the special law on the national system Art. 10 ^ 6. --Knights of the National Order Star of Romania are assimilated to military degrees and benefit from military honors, as follows: a) the rank of Knight of the order is assimilated to the rank of captain; b) the rank of officer of the order is assimilated to the rank of c) the rank of Grand Officer of the order is assimilated to the rank of general of division, general of aerial division or vice-admiral; d) the degree of Grand Cross of the order is assimilated to the rank of general army corps, general aviation commander or vice-admiral commander; e) the degree of Colan of the order is assimilated to the rank of army general, general aviation inspector or admiral. Article 10 ^ 7. -Patents for the National Order Star of Romania are validated under the autograph signature of the President of Romania and the autograph countermeasure of the chancellor of the orders. Art. 10 ^ 8. -On the occasion of the day of the National Order Star of Romania, the Chancellery of Orders organizes the meeting of the knights of this order, in accordance with the provisions of the special law on Art. 10 ^ 9. -The honorary council of the National Order Star of Romania is composed of 7 members, as follows: one of the three lower degrees and two each of the ranks of Great Officer and Great Cross. The President of the Honorary Council will be the oldest member, in the upper ranks. Art. 10 ^ 10. -The Knights of the Order may signal to the Chancellery of ordinary attitudes and acts committed by other members of the order, considered to be of moral prejudice As a result of the complaint, the Chancellery of the Orders convenes the Board of Honor and the accused, within a maximum of 45 days of the referral. The Board of Honor deliberates and may decide on the spot or after the investigation of the case, but no later than 60 days after its meeting. If the accused person does not present himself at the deadline fixed by the Chancellery of the orders, the Honorary Council may request the Chancellery of the orders to convene another term, and in the case of non-submission the second time, the case will be judged in absentia Art. 10 ^ 11. -At each annual promotion and on the occasion of each conference, the Chancellery of the Orders will notify the Ministry of Interior about the decorated persons, submitted to the degree or excluded. The Ministry of the Interior is obliged to announce the Chancellery of the orders in the event of the death of each knight of the order Article 10 ^ 12. -In case of death of a knight of the National Order Star of Romania, his family will notify the Chancellery of the orders, as well as the territorial military commissariat, in order to organize They are expected to participate in: a) representatives of local authorities; b) Knights of the order of the respective locality; c) military honor guard, according to the degree of the deceased; d) for the rank of Grand Officer-a representative of the Presidency and the Chancellor of the Orders; e) for the degree of Great Cross and Colan-President of Romania and the Chancellor of the Orders. Art. 10 ^ 13. -Within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this emergency ordinance persons decorated until 1947 with the National Order Star of Romania, with insignia for civilians or soldiers in peacetime, regardless of degree, may submit to The chancellery of the orders a request and children from the documents-patents or extracts from the Official Gazette with the decree of conferment-, attesting the knight status of the order and the degree had. Within 60 days from the receipt of requests the Chancellery of the orders, after verifying the authenticity of the data received, will submit to the President of Romania the proposal for a decree on the appointment of those persons Art. 10 ^ 14. -The sign of the National Order Star of Romania is made by Regia Autonomous lt; lt; Monetaria State gt; gt;. The National Bank of Romania, at the request of the Chancellery of the Orders, will provide the Autonomous Regia lt; lt; the State Mint of the Gt; gt; the quantities of precious metals and other metals necessary for the manufacture of the meaning provided in par. ((1). The expenses necessary for the making of the marks and patents of the National Order Star of Romania in 1999 shall be ensured from the Budget Reserve Fund at the disposal of the Government. Article 11 of the Regulation shall be repealed. + Article 2 The models and insignia of the National Order of Romania Government Emergency Ordinance no. 11/1998 , are replaced by those annexed to this law. + Article 3 Government Emergency Ordinance no. 11/1998 for the establishment of the Order of the Star of Romania, with the amendments made by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the texts a new numbering. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in the joint meeting of 22 April 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. ((2) and art. 76 76 para.
