+ Article 1 By way of derogation from the provisions art. 11 of decree-law No. 2,629 of June 22, 1937 , regarding the conditions of cutting and export of walnut wood, it is allowed to export the veneer from walnut wood, whose taere was approved in accordance with the provisions of this decree-law. The export authorisation may only be granted to industries which prove to have met the requirements art. 6 of the Decree-Law No. 2,629 of 1937 . + Article 2 The Ministry of Agriculture and Domains will authorize the export of the material provided I only following the decision of the Economic Delegation of the Government, the date for each individual case. ------------
