The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Approval Government Ordinance no. 35 35 of 30 January 1998 for amendment of Annex no. 1 1 and Annex no. 3 3 to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 221/1997 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 43 of 30 January 1998, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the ordinance shall read as follows: " Ordinance for amending Annex no. 1 1 and Annex no. 3 3 to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes " 2. The introductory formula of the single article will read as follows: " Unique article. -Annexes no. 1 1 and 3 on Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 380 380 of 29 December 1997, shall be amended as follows: " + Article 2 Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 380 of 29 December 1997, shall be amended as follows: The title of the ordinance will read: "Emergency Ordinance on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes" This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of March 10, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
