The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 By way of derogation from provisions art. 27 27 para. (2) of the Education Law no. 84/1995 , republished, the Ministry of National Education is authorized to organize, from 18 to 25 August 1998, an extraordinary session of the baccalaureate exam. + Article 2 At the extraordinary session provided in art. 1 the graduates of the 12th and 12th grades can participate, the class of 1998, who did not participate or failed in the baccalaureate exam of the June-July 1998 session, as well as the graduates without baccalaureate exam from the previous sessions, in compliance with legal provisions. + Article 3 The expenses occasioned by the organization of the extraordinary session of the baccalaureate exam, ordered by this law, shall be covered from budgetary and administration fees, established by the Ministry of National Education, according to the law. + Article 4 The methodology approved for the June-July 1998 session also applies in the extraordinary session of the baccalaureate exam in August 1998. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of July 7, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
