Law No. 88 of 28 April 1998 on approval of the Government Ordinance. 26/1997 modifying and completing the order of the Government. 15/1996 on strengthening financial discipline and currency ISSUER Parliament Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 169 of 29 April 1998, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


The sole article approving Ordinance No. 26 of 22 august 1997 on the amendment Ordinance No. 15/1996 on strengthening financial discipline and currency issued pursuant to art. and (b). the Act No.) 134/97 for empowering the Government to issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 208 of 26 august 1997, with the following modifications: 1. In article I, section 1, article 5, paragraph 2 (c)) shall read as follows: "(c) the legal persons) pay, up to a maximum daily ceiling of 30,000,000 lei."
2. In article I, section 1, article 6 shall read as follows: "the amounts in cash in cash offices of legal persons may not exceed, at the end of each day, the roof of 20,000,000. This ceiling shall be allowed only with exceeding the amounts relating to the payment of salaries and other personal rights, as well as other operations with individuals for the period of 3 working days after the date specified for payment. "
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 30 March 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
