The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 50 50 of 17 September 1997 on the approval of the exemption from the payment of value added tax on military technical products, materials, spare parts, components, equipment and apparatus, imported for the endowment of the Ministry of National Defence, published in Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 245 245 of 19 September 1997. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 30 September 1997, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
