The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 23/1997 to amend and supplement Government Ordinance no. 26/1994 on the rights of food, in peacetime, of the personnel of the national defence, public order and national security sector, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 111 111 of 4 June 1997. + Article 2 Government Ordinance no. 26/1994 on the rights of food, in peacetime, of the personnel of the national defence, public order and national security sector, as amended and approved by Law no. 143/1994 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 374 of 31 December 1994, shall be completed as follows: -Article 12, after paragraph 2 *), paragraph 3 is inserted, with the following contents: " (3) The amounts from the recovery of the packaging of agri-food products may be used by the public institutions referred to in art. 1 1 and for the reconstitution of credits approved with this destination. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 17, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
