The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 44 44 of 24 December 1996 on the extension of the application of measures provided for in Article 25 25 para. ((1) and to art. 27 of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 on the regulation of the organization and financing of the research and development activity, as approved and amended by Law no. 51/1996 51/1996, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. d) of Law no. 142/1996 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 350 of 27 December 1996, with the following amendments: -The title of the ordinance will read as follows: " Ordinance on the extension of certain deadlines provided for in art. 25 25 para. ((1) and to art. 27 of Government Ordinance no. 25/1995 on the regulation of the organization and financing of the research and development activity, as approved and amended by Law no. 51/1996 51/1996 " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 3, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
