The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 31 31 of 14 August 1996 for the ratification of the Guarantee Agreement (Project on the Rehabilitation of Railways) between Romania and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, signed in Bucharest on 23 July 1996, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. a) of Law no. 65/1996 for the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 192 192 of 16 August 1996. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 24 September 1996, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT PETRE ROMAN This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of January 20, 1997, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
