*) This Act was passed by the Senate and Assembly Members of the meetings on 26 and April 28, 1934; has promulgated Decree Nr. 1.294 / 1934 published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 105 of May 8, 1934. See Law of organization and status of the Romanian Orthodox Church May 6, 1928 and March 14, 1931.

1. It establishes a missionary bishop for the Romanian Orthodox Christians in western countries unorthodox, with the Metropolitan Bishop sufragant Ungro Wallachia and canonical jurisdiction of the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church.
2. Bishop elected by the Holy Synod of titrated and well-trained men who meet condiţiunile law and Statute of organization-Romanian Orthodox Church. He will attend sessions of the Holy Synod and other religious corporation, with deliberative vote for all matters relating to jurisdiction.
March. A special regulation made by the Holy Synod will determine the circle of activity and proficiency of the episcopate.
