D. permanent Council.
27. the Board of education is made up of 7 members appointed with Royal Decree for a period of three years, namely: of 3 professors from the faculties of letters and Sciences in Bucharest, 2 teachers from the normal side of Bucharest, with a length of at least 10 years as definitivi and two members of primary teachers in Bucharest at least intaiu degree and with a 5-year-old in this degree.
Board working under the chairmanship of Professor most Valdez and when they will feel needed, will work in two sections.
Give their opinion of the permanent Council on the following issues: (a)) of Echivalarile studies and examinations of the difference for certificates from the country or abroad, with the exception of diplomas and certificates provided for in the law on education;

b) Regulations;

c) analytical Programs;

d teaching books for Research) normal state;

e) matters which laws or regulations require;

f) over which Issues the Minister believes necessary to take the opinion of the Standing Council.

When the issues outlined in paragraph 1. b, c and d, above, relating to professional education, the permanent Council will be complete with two members from each educational category applied, with the exception of professional education of girls and housekeeping will be represented only by a teacher or master.
They must be holders in Bucharest and to meet the rigid conditions of title and seniority referred to in paragraph 1. l. Appointment of these members is done add-in with all the permanent members, by Royal Decree, and a 3-year term.
The permanent Council members are entitled to an allowance for the meeting.
Permanent Council members will take part in the meetings of the general Council of public instruction, when they will discuss principles of curricula.
Members of the permanent Council, referred to in paragraph 1. 1, entitled inspecţiuni and control teaching on all degrees of education, out of higher education.
Permanent Council members can be cancel by Royal Decree on the basis of the report of the Minister's reasons for that.
A special regulation will determine the mode of operation of the permanent Council members.
