Law No. 53 on 30 March 1932 for quitting Stuza Palace in Bucharest confiscated ISSUER PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 76 of 30 March 1932 the sole article University of Bucharest is authorized to abandon definitively to the expropriation of real estate: Stuza Palace in Bucharest, strada Fangs No. 41, which was authorized to expropriate it through a special law, promulgated under no. 2,317 of 15 July 1929 and published in Official Gazette No. 154 of 16 July 1929, the Expropriation Tribunal sentence allowed by Ilfov section II correctional civilo-1,027 No. 1 Noemvrie 1929, for which the fixed price through managerial decision of expropriation of the Bucharest Court of appeal, section II, Nr. 18 of July 3, 1930. This waiver of Univerestatii will be made on the basis of the offer the owner of expropriated as pretentiune waive any claims for damage and been summoned, what would suffer through expropriation.
