Law No 124 of 15 December 1995 concerning certain Ordinances of the Government ISSUING the PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 293 of 19 December 1995, the Parliament of Romania adopts this law.


Article 1 shall be subject to approval of the Government Ordinance No. 47/1994 concerning defence against disasters, issued pursuant to article 13. and (b). j) of law No. 72/1994 on empowering the Government to issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. august 29, 1994, 242.


Article 2 shall be rejected the Government Ordinance. 27/1994 for completion and amendment of Ordinance No. 20/1994 concerning the safety of the existing fund built, issued pursuant to article 13. and (b). j) of law No. 72/1994 on empowering the Government to issue decrees and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 198 of 29 July 1994, no object through the entry into force of law No. 82/1995 approving the Government's Ordinance issued on the basis of law No. 4/1994 on empowering the Government to issue ordinances and authorization of commitment and guarantee foreign loans.
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 4 December 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) and of article 23. 77 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
