The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Graduates of high school private education, promotions 1994 and 1995, as well as post-secondary and higher private education in the promotions 1993, 1994 and 1995 can take the study completion exam (baccalaureate, graduation, bachelor's degree) in a unit or similar state institution in the Ministry of Education network, in the sessions organized for graduates of state education, according to the legal provisions in force. + Article 2 Graduates of post-secondary private education, promotions 1993, 1994 and 1995, as well as those of higher private education, promotions 1994 and 1995, may present themselves at the graduation exam or, as the case may be, a bachelor's degree within an institution of state education, only after the promotion of a selection exam. The selection exam can be held twice and consists in the promotion of five written tests, differentiated by levels and profiles, which give the graduate the quality of candidate for the graduation exam or, as the case may be, the license. + Article 3 Graduates of private medical higher education, as well as of the post-secondary school of any profile, from the promotions mentioned in art. 2, support in the selection examination, provided for in art. 2, and a specific practical test. + Article 4 Graduates of private high school education, promotions 1994 and 1995, can hold the first baccalaureate session this year, and those in post-secondary private education, promotions 1993, 1994 and 1995 and higher, promotions 1994 and 1995, which have promoted the evidence provided in art. 2, may first take the graduation exam or, as the case may be, the license, in one of the sessions of the 1995/1996 education year. + Article 5 (1) The state pre-university education units with the right to organize the baccalaureate or graduation exam, as well as the state higher education institutions with the right to organize the selection examination, graduation or license are established by the Ministry of Education. (2) The samples of the selection examination and their programmes are established by the Ministry of Education, at national level. (3) The tuition documents required to register for exams, as well as the methodologies for organizing and conducting exams are established by the Ministry of Education. + Article 6 The baccalaureate, graduation and bachelor's degrees are issued by the organizing state educational establishments or institutions. Under the heading "Unit or graduate institution" will be entered "according to Law no ..../1995". + Article 7 (1) Support the selection and completion of studies by the persons referred to in art. 1 shall be charged, the amount of which shall be as follows: -for each selection exam 80,000 lei -for the license exam 70,000 lei --for the graduation exam (short term higher education) 60,000 lei --for the graduation exam (post-secondary education) 35,000 lei -for the baccalaureate exam 30,000 lei (2) The amount of the taxes provided in par. (1) shall be indexed according to legal provisions. ((3) The amounts collected from the taxes provided in art. 7 7 para. (1) and (2) shall be made at the Special Fund for Education, constituted under the law, and will be used to cover the expenses of personnel and materials, occasioned by the support of the selection and completion of the studies. + Article 8 Graduates of private higher education whose wards, specialisations or faculties have been provisionally authorised, according to Law no. 88/1993 , do not have the obligation to take the selection examination provided in art. 2. + Article 9 Graduates of specialized post-secondary schools, in private education, who took the exam to complete their studies at similar units in state education, based on the approval of the Ministry of Education, are recognized their diploma obtained. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 13, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
