The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC. Article 25 of Law of Arendation no. 16/1994 is amended and supplemented as follows: 1. Paragraph 1 is amended and shall read as follows: " Individuals, to whom the status of shareholder was established based on the provisions of art. 36 36 of Law no. 18/1991, may opt, until October 1, 1995, for the quality of the lessor, under the law. " 2. After paragraph 1, a new paragraph is inserted, with the following contents: " Agricultural companies will collect in writing, until September 1, 1995, the shareholders who did not show their option within the meaning of the provisions of par. 1, about the deadline for communicating the option. " 3 paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 25 shall become paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the same Article. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 5, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution.
