LEGE No. 24 of April 6, 1995 on the re-establishment of Poienile Izei, Maramureş

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Poienile Izei locality in the commune of Botiza, Maramureș county, is declared common, following the name "Poienile Izei". + Article 2 Maramures County Council together with the General Directorate of Public Finance and State Financial Control will allocate the revenues and expenses of the current local budget of Botiza commune between the two communes. From the date of entry into force of this law, the incomes and expenses that, under the law, come back from the law of Poienile Izei commune will be managed and managed through the local authorities of this new commune, and balancing the local budget will be realized on account of the amounts broken down from the payroll tax, according to the law, within the limits of the approved provisions, in 1995, on the Maramures county. The local budgets of the two communes will be drawn up and approved in accordance with the legal regulations in force, including State budget law for 1995 no. 22/1995 . All takeover-teaching operations will be done on the basis of protocols concluded between the mayors of the two communes and will be confirmed by the permanent delegation of the Maramures County Council. + Article 3 Until the establishment, according to the law, of the local public administration authorities in Poienile Izei commune, Maramureș county, the resolution of the current problems will be ensured by the two authorized prefect of the prefect duties of mayor and deputy mayor, as well as by a secretary, appointed by the prefect, under the law. The salary of the prefect and the secretary of the council will be made according to the provisions of Annex no. 7 7 to Law no. 40/1991 , republished. + Article 4 The civil status documents drawn up in Poienile Izei, Maramures County, are and remain valid. + Article 5 Annex to Law no. 2/1968 on the administrative organization of the territory of Romania shall be amended accordingly. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of March 23, 1995, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT prof. univ. dr.
