LAW No. 29 of 26 May 1993 on the establishment of rights for 1992, in favor of a category of individuals whose farm land owned by the issuing State PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 115 of 1 June 1993, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


Article 1 individuals whose farm land owned by the State, the effect of some special laws other than those of the expropriation, and is located in the heritage of the autonomous companies with farming of institutes and research stations and agricultural production, will receive 10% of the profit obtained per hectare of agricultural area on 1992, but not less than the equivalent amount of 300 kg per hectare of corn STAS calculated from the purchase price of the grey from the date of payment.
The autonomous administrations with the agricultural industry, research institutes and the resorts and agricultural production have realized a profit lower than the amounts due pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 or have not obtained, shall be included in expenditure differences in 1993.


Article 2 income tax Settlement will be made by the General Directorates of public finance and financial control of the County and State of Bucharest, on account of the tax payable in the year of 1993, on the basis of supporting documentation submitted to the establishments referred to in article 1. 1. Article 3 individuals who have not received the rights for 1991 pursuant to art. 1. Law No. 46/1992 and those who benefit from the provisions of this law are entitled to claim them in the general term of limitation prescribed by law.
Applications are exempt from stamp duty.


Article 4 the amounts due to individuals under the provisions of the present law, are non-taxable.
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 23 March 1993, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (1) of the Constitution of Romania.
