The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC As a sign of honor for the sacrifices given and for the heroism manifested in the fight for the victory of the Revolution of December 1989, the cities of Brasov and Sibiu declare themselves "City-martyr". This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 17, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES PRESIDENT ADRIAN NASTASE This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 23, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para.
