The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Treaty between Romania and the Federal Republic of Germany on friendly cooperation and partnership in Europe, concluded in Bucharest on 21 April 1992, is ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of July 2, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
