+ Article 1 ((1) Starting with January 1, 1992 the basic salaries and other rights of October 1991, provided by Law no. 53/1991 for Members, senators and staff of the apparatus of the Romanian Parliament, Law no. 40/1991 for the President, the Government of Romania and the staff of the Presidency, the Government and the other bodies of the executive Law no. 52/1991 for staff in the bodies of the judiciary, shall be applied according to the present law regularly corrected with part of the forecast increase in consumer prices compared to October 1991. (2) The part of the projected increase in consumer prices compared to October 1991, which will be taken into account in the correction of basic salaries and other rights, will be the one that will be established for commercial companies and autonomous regions at which wages are negotiated according to law. + Article 2 Persons who cumulate, according to the law, the pension with salary, benefit in public institutions, from the difference between the increase resulting from the application of the 1 to the basic function and indexations included in the pension, from 1 October 1991. + Article 3 New levels of salaries established according to art. 1 shall be calculated and transmitted to the institutions concerned by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. + Article 4 Specialist staff who by nature of service obligations operate in most of the time, in jobs with difficult, dangerous or harmful conditions, benefit from the rights established by Government decision for budget units. + Article 5 The persons temporarily requested as collaborators at the Parliament, at the Presidency and at the Government, benefit from a monthly allowance up to the level of the minimum gross basic salary per country, established in relation to the period of collaboration and importance works performed. + Article 6 The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, together with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, can elaborate on the methodology for the application of the provisions of this law. + Article 7 Any legal provision contrary to this law shall be repealed.
