LAW No. 62 of 2 October 1991 concerning the establishment of "musical Stamp" PARLIAMENT ISSUING published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 203 of 4 October 1991, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.

Article 1 is hereby set up, starting with the publication in the Gazette of this law, "the musical Timbre" 2 lei, in favor of performers, iosia unions and Italian music Romania.
The stamp referred to in paragraph 1. 1 shall apply to each ticket sold at the show all musical events in the country, with the exception of those folk, and is included in the sale price of the ticket.
The proceeds resulting from the application of the "musical Stamp" are not subject to tax on performances.

Article 2 Ministry of culture will develop rules for the application of this law, to provide for the keeping of an obvious requirement for this stamp receipts and checks with regard to the intended use of such funds.
