LEGE no. 16 16 of 7 August 1990 on the salarization of the management functions of prefectures and town halls

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 The tariff salaries of the management positions of prefectures and mayoralties are approved, according to the annex, which is an integral part of this law. The establishment of the categories of counties, municipalities and cities is approved by the government. + Article 2 Annex no. 2 2 to Decree-Law no. 37/1990 , as well as the provisions regarding the salarization of the secretaries of the executive committees of the former Law no. 57/1974 . This law was adopted by the Assembly of Deputies at its meeting on July 31, 1990. PRESIDENT OF THE ASSEMBLY MARTIAN DAN This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on July 31, 1990.
