The Great National Assembly adopts this law. + Article 1 It is prohibited to state bodies, state units, cooperatives and obstesti, as well as banking units, to contract credits from abroad. + Article 2 Non-compliance with art 1 attracts the liability of guilty persons, under the conditions provided by law. + Article 3 Any provisions contrary to this law shall be repealed.
