The Great National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Romania adopts this law. + Article UNIC Approval Decree of the State Council no. 252/1978 for the approval of the rules on the conditions under which the cutting of animals in special situations may be carried out, the classification for slaughter of bovine and ovine animals and the application of special veterinary health measures for preventing the dissemination of epizootic diseases and the granting of compensation to those who have suffered damage by applying these measures.
