PRESIDENCY of the COUNCIL of MINISTERS resolution No. 116/X/4th 1 whereas the Member States of the community of Portuguese Language countries (CPLP) have approved in the X ordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers of CPLP held in Luanda, on 19 and 20 July 2005, the amendments to the statutes of the International Institute of Portuguese Language (IILP) contained in the resolution on amendments to the statutes of the IILP Thus, in order to establish institutional mechanisms of rapprochement between the organs of the IILP and the CPLP. So: under d) of paragraph 1 of article 197 of the Constitution, the Government presents to the Assembly of the Republic the following resolution: to approve the amendments to the statutes of the International Institute of Portuguese Language (IILP), approved in the X ordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers of CPLP held in Luanda, on 19 and 20 July 2005 the resolution on amendments to the Statute of the IILP, the text of which, in the authenticated version in Portuguese language, if published in the annex.
