PORTUGUESE COMMUNIST PARTY Parliamentary Group draft law No. 764/X/4th Special Retirement Scheme for educators and teachers of the first cycle of basic education of public education in monodocência in December 31 possessing of 1989, 13 or more years of teaching service [amending Decree-Law No. 229/2005, of 29 December] Preamble in the negotiation process which preceded the publication of Decree-Law No. 229/2005 , of 31 December, the Government, through the Ministry of education, took over with representative organisations of teachers who, at number 7, subparagraph (b)), of article 5 of that decree-law, the words "at the date of transition to the new career structure" teacher reported to 31 December 1989.
