PRESIDENCY of the COUNCIL of MINISTERS resolution No. 108/X Considering the adoption in Lisbon on September 30 2007, the agreement between Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic, the Portuguese Republic, the French Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland establishing a centre of Maritime analysis and Operations – Narcotics; Whereas the States Parties acknowledge the importance of strengthening the existing operating mechanisms in the fight against international trafficking in narcotic drugs. So: under d) of paragraph 1 of article 197 of the Constitution, the Government presents to the Assembly of the Republic the following resolution: the agreement between Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic, the Portuguese Republic, the French Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland establishing a centre of Maritime analysis and Operations – Narcotics , adopted in Lisbon on September 30 2007, whose text, authenticated versions in the languages Dutch, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, if published in the annex.
