PRESIDENCY of the COUNCIL of MINISTERS resolution No. 94/X Considering the signing of the Amendment of the protocol concluded by virtue of article 23 of the agreement between the Government of the Portuguese Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concerning the international carriage of passengers and goods, signed in Rabat on April 17 2007; Committed in strengthening political and economic relations between the two States; Conscious that this instrument will allow for reciprocal tax exemption in respect to taxes; So: under d) of paragraph 1 of article 197 of the Constitution, the Government presents to the Assembly of the Republic the following resolution: to approve the Amendment of the protocol concluded by virtue of article 23 of the agreement between the Government of the Portuguese Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concerning the international carriage of passengers and goods , signed at Rabat on 17 April 2007, whose text, authenticated versions in Portuguese, Arabic and French, if published in the annex.
