Proposal for Resolution No. 94 /X

Considering the signing of the Protocol Amendment concluded by virtue of Article 23 of the

Agreement between the Government of the Portuguese Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco

on International Road Transport of Passengers and Goods,

signed in Rabat, on April 17, 2007;

Committed to the strengthening of economic and political relations between the two states;

Aware that the present instrument will allow the reciprocal tax exemption in respect of

circulation taxes;

Thus:

Under the terms of the paragraph d) of Article 197 (1) of the Constitution, the Government presents to the

Assembly of the Republic the following motion for a resolution:

Approve the Amendment to the Protocol concluded by virtue of Article 23 of the Agreement between the

Government of the Portuguese Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concerning the

International Road Transport of Passengers and Goods, signed in

Rabat, on April 17, 2007, the text of which, in the authenticated versions in the Portuguese languages,

Arabic and French, it publishes in attachment.
