MOTION for a RESOLUTION paragraph 83/X 1 desiring to strengthen the friendly relations existing between the Portuguese Republic and the people's Democratic Republic of Algeria; Recognizing the need to engage each other to provide the greatest assistance in the fight against crime of all kinds. So: under d) of paragraph 1 of article 197 of the Constitution, the Government presents to the Assembly of the Republic the following resolution: to approve the Convention on mutual assistance in criminal matters between the Portuguese Republic and the people's Democratic Republic of Algeria, signed in Algiers, the 22 January 2007, the text of which, in the authenticated versions in Portuguese and Arabic If published in the annex.
