MOTION for a RESOLUTION paragraph 77/X whereas the status of the international Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, signed in Badajoz on 25 November 2006, during the XXII Luso-Spanish Summit, establishes that the Lab is located in Portugal; In view of the need to regulate the relationship between the laboratory, while the international organization endowed with international legal personality, and the Portuguese Republic, as a State of thirst; Whereas this agreement will grant to the Laboratory conditions necessary for your fully functioning efficiently and independently, making it at the same time appealing to eminent investigators. So: under d) of paragraph 1 of article 197 of the Constitution, the Government presents to the Assembly of the Republic the following resolution: Approving the headquarters agreement between the Portuguese Republic and the international Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, signed in Braga on 19 January 2008, whose text, authenticated versions in Portuguese and English If published in the annex.
