§ 4. 1. Statistical card shall be drawn up according to the explanatory notes, classification and code indications to fill this card, which are set out in annex 2 to the regulation.
2. Part I of the statistical card shall be drawn up not later than within 14 working days from the date on which it was approved Protocol and repairable or in which the card case.
3. Part II, Supplement, statistical card shall be made in sufficient time for the behavior of the term its transmission, referred to in § 5. 2. § 5. 1. § 7. This Regulation shall enter into force after the expiry of 7 days from the date of the notice.
