§ 1. Implementation of Regulation (EEC) Nr. 3922/91 annex XIII of the EEA Agreement No. 66A (Regulation (EEC) No 3922/91) on the harmonisation of technical requirements and administrative procedures in civil aviation, as amended by: a) Regulation (EC) No. 2176/96 of 13. November 1996 b) Regulation (EC) No. 1069/1999 of 25. May 1999 c) Regulation (EC) No. 2871/2000 of 28. December 2000 d) Regulation (EC) No. 1592/2002 of 15. July 2002 e) Regulation (EC) No. 1899/2006 of 12. December 2006 f) Regulation (EC) No. 1900/2006 of 20. December 2006 g) Regulation (EC) No. 8/2008 of 11. December 2007 h) Regulation (EC) No. 859/2008 of 20. August 2008 apply as with the adaptations that regulation follows from Annex XIII to the agreement, Protocol 1 and the agreement by the way.

§ 2. Regulatory authority the CAA can under the legal authority of the Aviation Act § 16-1 determine the regulations that enforce changes in Regulation (EEC) Nr. 3922/91 and the additional provisions as mentioned in the forskriftens Chapter 2.

section 6. § 9. § 10. Emergency service at the Airport (airport standby) Emergency service at the airport is governed by the OPS 1.1125 PT 1 with the following addition: a) If emergency service immediately followed by a flygetjenesteperiode, to 100 percent of the prior emergency service medberegnes in the daily flygetjenesteperioden (FDP).

b) If emergency service is not immediately followed by a flygetjenesteperiode, the emergency electrical service is followed by at least one rest period set out by the OPS 1.1110.

section 11. Emergency service outside the Airport (other forms of standby) (1) all activities will be included in the work schedule and/or notified the crew in advance.

Chapter 3. Entry into force, etc.

section 13. Entry into force and repeal of the regulations (1) this regulation takes effect immediately. At the same time repealed regulations 15.
