§ 1. Engine historic vehicles produced before 1950 are exempt from the restraining order in traffic rules (regulations on March 21, 1986 No. 747) § 15 No. 1 the second paragraph, on the use of lights while driving, in the following extent: a) vehicle with karbidlykter, etc., be exempted from the restraining order.

b) Other motor vehicle from the historic restraining order exempted under the engine, ran the historic conferences, etc., as well as driving to and from such over short distances. The exception is conditional upon the bad battery and charge capacity would otherwise impede participation in the event.

§ 2. The regulation will take effect immediately.
