Regulations on the requirements to the person responsible for credit institutions established capital.

January 1994 and which has a responsible capital lower than the requirements imposed by the law 24. in May 1961, Nr. 1 about the savings banks section 2 first paragraph, law of 24. in May 1961, Nr. 2 about the commercial banks section 5 first paragraph or law 10. June 1988 No. 40 about financing business and financial institutions § 3-5 the first paragraph shall at all times have a responsible capital as at least corresponding to the highest amount achieved after 2. May 1992 until the requirements imposed by or in pursuance of the above legal provisions are met.
§ 2. The Ministry of finance in particular cases can agree that a credit institution responsible capital to respond to a lower amount than the amount in NOK that corresponds to 5 million euros.
§ 3. The regulation will take effect immediately.
