§ 2. Databases that will be covered in such an agreement, are exempt from creditor seizures when not otherwise provided for in the agreement. A database on this basis are exempt from creditor seizures, may not be assigned or mortgage is set without the Department's consent.
§ 3. If the Lovdata Foundation will be dissolved, or stop providing legal information services, should the Government have the right to take over the databases where the law and regulatory material forms a significant part.
II this regulation takes effect immediately ikraft.
