§ 1. Monitoring the EEA Agreement, Annex II, Chapter XII of. 74 (Regulation (EC) 2015/595) concerning a coordinated multiannual control program of the Union for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 to ensure compliance with maximum levels of residues of pesticides in and on foodstuffs of plant and animal origin and to assess consumer exposure to these residues apply as regulations with such modifications as required by Annex II of protocol 1 to the agreement and the agreement otherwise.

§ 2. Commencement These Regulations shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
From the same date, the Regulations of 3 March 2015 No.. 182 on joint coordinated monitoring program for 2015, 2016 and 2017 for residues of pesticides in foods.
