§ 1. Law 15. June 1990 No. 27 on the protection of topographies of integrated circuits (circuit pattern law) comes in addition on the circuit patterns as mentioned in section 10 also apply to 1.

§ 2. The regulation will take effect from the 1. January 1996. From the same time repealed regulations by 30. December 1993 No. 1368 on enlargement of the scope of the law on the protection of topographies of integrated circuits.
