Short Title
regulat on paper by sectioning of property

Established by the Local Government and Labour on 17 December 1997 pursuant to the Act on 23 May 1997 no. 31 on own sections (Owner Act) § 7, fourth paragraph.

§ 1. Use of registration forms A request for permission from the municipality to sectioning by Owner Act § 7 shall be submitted in the same form to be used for registration of sectioning in accordance with Owner Act § 5. The application shall be filed in accordance with the provisions regulations november 1, 1995 no. 869 on standardized format for forms for registration § 6

§ 2. Requirement document number Petitions for sectioning with attachments must be submitted to the municipality in triplicate. One copy of the petition for sectioning, site plan and floor plans should be on the registration paper.

§ 3. Commencement These regulations come into force from 1 January 1998.
