§ 1. If there is an international law obligation to protect a document or piece of information that is received from a foreign cooperative service, or international organization, to get to an unauthorized person knowledge, it should not be given access without the consent of the competent service or organization.

§ 2. It is considered to provide insight in a document or a piece of information that there is no international law obligation to protect, but which is obtained from a foreign cooperative service or organization, to comment on this few viewing issue.

§ 3. The regulation will take effect immediately.
