Short Title
Regulations on the buyer's liability to pay interest on late payment

Adopted by Kronprinsreg.res. 28 April 2000 pursuant to the Act of 26 June 1992 no. 86 on enforcement and protective measures (Enforcement Act) § 11-27, second paragraph. Promoted by the Ministry of Justice.

§ 1. Payable by the forced sale of a real recorded asset all or a portion of the purchase price after the settlement date but within two weeks after the vindication is enforceable, paid an interest payment of 6% annual interest rate, cf. Enforcement Act § 11-27, second paragraph .

§ 2. The Regulation comes into force on 1 July 2000 and applies to the forced sale in which settlement date is after the entry into force.
