Short Title
Regulations on holding the air navigation service
Established by the Civil Aviation Authority on 17 December 2001 pursuant to the Law of 11 June 1993 no. 101 of the Aviation (Aviation Act) § 7-4a, ref. Delegated Decision of 5 December 2001 no. 1342.
§ 1. Aviation Act § 6-11, cf.. § 14-12 shall apply for the following categories of personnel within the aviation air navigation service: Personnel by units of ATS which performs air traffic control and / or flight information service and alerting service or assisting mentioned personnel while performing their respective services, and personnel by air traffic services units conducting the kunngjørings-, information and meteorological services.
Personnel in the fixed or mobile communication service for aviation provides local flight information and / or radio service with aircraft.
Meteorological organizations / institutions personnel carrying out observation, weather forecasting, data and communications service for aviation.
§ 2. This regulation comes into force on 1 January 2002 repealed the 8th of August 1989 no. 795 on pliktavhold legal validity of the personnel of aviation security service.
