§ 1. Municipalities and county municipalities should be tariff party by negotiations with unions about pay and working conditions for teaching staff in primary and secondary schools in which municipalities or county school owner.

§ 2. URKgl.res. of 5. September 1958 No. 1 that the teachers in the folk-, framhalds-and public College will be covered by the law on public service disputes, revoked as to teachers in the folk-and framhalds school.

§ 3. URKgl.res. of the 18. March 1960, Nr. 8628 that teaches staff at the higher public school that is being added by the Ministry of Church Affairs and education covered by the law on public service disputes, is released.

§ 4. The regulation applies from 1. May 2004.
