June 2012 is ratified for Norway's person at the kgl.res. 29. May 2015. The overdrive comes in effect 1. September 2015.

Denmark, Finland, Islands, Norway and Sweden's governments have come to agreement on the following :

Article I.

In the Convention between Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden signed in Copenhagen on 19. November 1934 on inheritance and estate change should the following changes be made :---

Article II.

The provisions of this agreement do not come to the Applicability if the inheritance leader is dead before the agreement comes into effect, nor when a reliving spouse has been sitting in the unchanging living and the first deceased spouse is dead before the mentioned time.

Article III.

The overdrive uses not on the Faroe Islands or Greenland, but can after negotiation between the Danish Justice Department and the other counterleaders of the Danish Ministry of Justice is placed in effect with the changes that they fewest or greenback conditions dictates.

Article IV.

The contrasting states can join this agreement through the

a) signing without reservations about ratification or approval, or
b) signing with reservations about ratification or approval along with subsequent ratification or approval.

The ratification of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is retained with the Danish Foreign Ministry.

The agreement takes effect on the first day of the second month following that month when the final countertop state has deposited its approval or ratification document at the Danish Foreign Ministry. A prerequisite for the Commencement is that the European Parliament and Council Regulation on competence, legislative, recognition and consummation of Judge as well as recognition and consummation of confirmed documents in communications with heritage and European inheritance evidence (EU) 650/50 2012 applies in its entirety, jf. Article 84 in the settlement.

Whether the arrangement does not apply to the latest on the day that is mentioned in the third clause shall be the agreement three in effect on the day that the arrangement applies in its entirety.

The Danish Foreign Ministry undercourses the contrasting states about the deposits of the ratification documents and about the timing of the agreement will take effect.

Article V.

The original copy of this agreement is deposited with the Danish Foreign Ministry issuing a confirmed copy of this to each convention state.

Until confirmation of this, the respective deputies have signed this agreement.

Ufinet in Copenhagen on 1. of June 2012 in one specimen in Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian and Swedish, and for the Swedish language of them in two texts, one for Finland and one for Sweden, which all have the same validity.
