SECTION 1. Formal

The purpose of this law is to regulate certain transitional issues in relation to the reeducation of the Management Company's FAA to the stock company.

SECTION 2. Transfer of Obligations

Transfer to the stock market of obligations related to the Management Company the FAA has liberational impact for the state.

Formergers and other rights hagants cannot oppose the transfer or make the current that the transfer constitutes a waste-due process for the legal affair.

SECTION 3. Transfer of public rights, permits mv.

Public rights, permits, consessions with further management of the Management Company the FAA will be from reformation time transferred to the stock company.

Enregistration in the basic book and other public records in connection with the reformation occurs at name change.

SECTION 5. Istrontrecation

The law takes effect immediately, with the exception of Section 6 that applies from the time the King decides.
